We offer free returns to all orders. Items are dispatched within 24 hours and will arrive within 1-3 working days. Your order will be delivered via a tracked DHL Express service. We will notify you of any delays to express delivery times.
100 DAYS TO FREE RETURN
Simple and Fast
You can return without any charge the item(s) purchased on PERFF.COM within 100 days. You just need to schedule your return free of charge or dropping your parcel in a DHL service point.
How to Return
A return must be initiated from your customer area in the online store.
- Sign into your account
- Go to “Order”
- Select the Order no. you want to return
- Select Return and follow the steps
- Prepare your package for return
• Place the item(s) with all the original packaging inside the Perff Studio box and seal it securely.
• Use the pre-printed DHL Returning Label and attach it to the outside of the Perff Studio box.
- Contact DHL Express to arrange a pick up or drop your parcel at DHL Service Point of your choice
• Book the return whatever you wish at DHL express website by selecting the option “Don’t need to create a return label” and inserting the waybill number shown on your return label and your phone number.
• Drop your parcel at DHL Service Point of your choice.

Your refund will be processed very quickly, within days of receiving your return, using the same payment method you used to purchase. Keep in mind that the length of a credit card refund will always depend on your bank.
The refunded amount refers only to the value of the returned items and does not include any other cost paid by the customer at the time of purchase, namely shipping.
Duties and Taxes
If shipping to a country outside the EU, VAT will be automatically deducted from your order total. If your delivery address is outside of the EU, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
Any additional charge for reasons of customs clearance is the sole responsibility of the customer.
