Where is your clothing made?
Our clothes, and finest materials, are made in Portugal which is the heart of manufacturing of Europe.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.
Can you ship your products anywhere?
Yes! However, we are not responsible for additional charges which may incur as a result of international duties.
How do I proceed through the checkout process?
It’s simple! Once you have finished adding items to your basket, just click the “Checkout” button on the cart page and we will guide you through the checkout process.

How long will delivery take?
Our aim is to deliver your Perff items within 72 hours. Delays may occur on rare occasions or in remote areas, please forgive us.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number included.
Can I change the delivery address after confirmed my order?
If that happens you must contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com.
How do I cancel an order or return an item?
Get in touch as soon as possible! E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, letting us know that you will be returning an item.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify email@example.com that you want to return your item(s). The item(s) must be received unworn, undamaged and with the tags attached .
Then, you must repack the unwanted item(s) along with the completed return/exchange slip. Please notice that international return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive your item(s) we will contact you via e-mail with the status of your refund and/or exchange.
How do I apply a promotional code to my order?
At the bottom of the first checkout page, there will be a section labeled “Promotion Code.” Enter your code there, and you will see the Promotional Code applied to your order and your total will reflect this on the next page.
